Rothwell Swimming Club meet at the swimming pool at Montsaye Community College on Wednesdays during term time and teach adults and children to swim.

Rothwell Short Mat Bowls Club meet on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the Well Lane Community Centre and invites new members, either experienced or beginners. Christian Teaching and Worship at the Reachout Community Church in School Lane.  This small lively church is open to anyone who is seeking to learn more about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.  Sessions followed by tea/coffee and cakes.  Please feel free to come along and have a look.

Gardeners' Market
Saturday, August 30th from 9.30 to 11.30 am at the Methodist Church, Market Hill.  Vegetables at economic prices from local gardens and coffee morning.
